Milky table was designed for the meeting room of a renowned milk products company. Milk is an excellent medium for the growth of microorganisms. Bacteria are employed to convert milk sugars into lactic acid; this being very important in the production of cheese or yogurt. By monitoring bacterial communities in RAW milk, we discovered interesting white formations. These topographical morphologies have been digitally simulated, modelled and translated into a Corian cast table.
