The Studio led by Claudia Pasquero and Carmelo Zappulla with the collaboration of Nuria Pueyo (HTGAA Program) and Maria Kuptsova (Assistant) has been looking at mechanisms of local energy, food and bio-materials production in dense urban environment, focusing on how these bottom up processes of production could contributed to the urban morphogenesis of contemporary cities.

The projects received feedback from an international jury board composed by Mario Carpo (professor at The Barlett, UCL), Alberto Estevez (Professor at ESARQ, UIC), Alberto Peñin (Professor at ETSAB, UPC) and Areti Markopoulou (IAAC Academic Director) among others.
