A sustainable refuge that rises above the city, technology and greenery spiralling toward the view. Conceived as an extension of the existing building, the tower unfolds in cantilevered terraces that spiral upward, each one layered with vegetation that softens the boundary between structure and sky.

Passive cooling strategies and native planting reduce the building’s footprint while reinforcing its presence as a living organism within the urban fabric. From every level, the city slowly recedes, and the horizon opens up, density resolved into open, breathing space.
