Villa Chiaramonte

A contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional Italian tenuta, rooted in the landscape of Chiaramonte. Local stone, terracotta, and timber ground the villa in the language of the countryside, while a more restrained, contemporary geometry reframes the estate for present-day living.

Courtyards and loggias mediate between built form and open land, extending the interior into orchards, vineyards, and rolling hills beyond. The result is an architecture of continuity, honoring the rural tradition it comes from while speaking, unmistakably, in its own voice
